Il doppio episodio con cui si concluderà Lost sarà trasmesso da Fox (Sky, 110) in contemporanea con gli Usa: l’appuntamento è per le 6 della mattina di lunedì 24 maggio. La levataccia vale la candela, tenuto conto che l’orario permette di seguire l’ultima puntata e volare poi al lavoro. E’ la prima volta in Italia che una serie tv viene trasmessa in contemporanea con gli Usa: assolutamente da non perdere. Di seguito i titoli e gli appuntamenti Fox per i prossimi episodi. Certo, data la contemporaneità il doppio episodio finale di Lost sarà trasmesso in lingua originale senza sottotitoli: per la versione sottotitolata si dovrà attendere le 22.00 del 24 maggio (e la settimana successiva per quella doppiata in italiano), ma anche i meno pratici di inglese potranno ‘intuire’ cosa accadrà nell’ultima attesissima puntata della serie cult degli anni Duemila. Tanto più che qualche ‘anticipazione’ è stata fornita dai call sheet dimenticati da un membro della troupe un po’ distratto in un bar di Honolulu qualche giorno fa.

La straordinaria novità è stata resa possibile da un accordo stretto tra The Walt Disney Company Italia (Walt Disney Company è uno dei produttori della serie), Fox Channels Italy e Telecom Italia. Oltre che su Fox, infatti, la diretta del finale di Lost sarà visibile anche sulle piattaforme multimediali di Telecom Italia, via Iptv e WebTv all’indirizzo lost.cubovision.it..

Ne approfittiamo per ricordarvi che Lost torna su Fox mercoledì prossimo 5 maggio per la 14ma puntata della sesta e ultima stagione, The Candidate (21.00) seguito alle 22.00 dal 15mo, Across The Sea. Mercoledì 12, poi, sarà la volta del 16mo episodio, What They Died For. Altra settimana di pausa (argghhh) e quindi gli ultimi due, The End - Parte 1 e 2. Per il finale manca meno di un mese: prepariamoci!

- One of the fans in the audience asked if Desmond's line to Jack in the 2nd season when they first meet in the stadium and Desmond tells Jack "You have to lift it up" would have any relevance to the finale. Damon & Carlton said "you will not be disappointed."
- The bigger one, though, was confirmation that we will see Walt in the finale. Yes, Walt.
- Eloise's knowledge is relevant for the finale.
- Walt will be back in some form.
- Damon would not directly address why Smokey was pulling Locke down that hole in the S1 finale, so that could be relevant. Same with whether or not Jacob is actually good, and whether or not there's anything worth protecting down in the Light Cave.
- There will be a Star Wars reference in the first 7 minutes of the finale.
- Hurley was involved in the final scene (we knew this already).
- A clip was shown, pretty much an extended version of the Sawyer/Ben/Flocke one posted here. Sawyer tells Locke that he thinks Desmond is needed for destroying the Island, Locke says yes. Sawyer then takes Ben's gun, punches him, and walks away while saying that the group he's a part of "aren't candidates anymore". Locke then remarks that the Island will be at the bottom of the ocean when he's done with it, prompting Ben to question his loyalty (Ben was promised the Island in return for his help, and assumed that its destruction was figurative and not literal). Locke then invited him to join him on his boat as he watches the Island sink. He kneels down to the ground near the well and notices pawprints.
He realizes that a dog had been there.
- Also, mirrors are very relevant.
- When Ben asks why Flocke isn't running to chase him down Flocke explains that he intends to use Desmond to destroy the Island. Naturally Ben isn't too pleased.
- The extended clip ends with Flocke examining the ground near the well and stating that a dog had been there.
- Widmore was lying when he said Jacob visited him

Grazie, sono riuscita a vederla.
Che dire, l'ho trovato un finale perfetto per la sesta stagione. Forse un po' meno per Lost in generale, considerando tutto fin dall'inizio. Se penso a tutto il contenuto di sei serie, mi lascia un po' l'amaro in bocca per certi aspetti. Ma per quest'ultima è una più che degna conclusione. La scena finale in chiesa mi ha commossa
